1stop Florists - Pitiful bouquet delivered late
Flowers were supposed to be delivered to my wife's office by 5pm, for her birthday. They were not. Called customer service- provided no help or info. Promised to call back- Did not. Delivery arrived at 7pm, 1 1/2 hrs after she finished work. I called the company at 7pm, 15 minutes before i found out they were delivered- again, they had no info and offered to hsve someone call me the next day. I never received the promised email confirmation of delivery. The bouquet was pitiful. It was about 1/2 the size of the " good" version pictured. I paid $20 MORE for the "best" version- $65.
It came in the cheapest red glass vase. When I initially tried ordering , there was a glaring difference between % discount offered and the significantly lower discount given. Had to expend considerably more time getting final bill straightened out. The value of the transaction was more than $90. I could have obtained a better bouquet at my local grocery store for $20.
After all the time, aggravation, disappointment, they finally refunded my money. This was the 1st time I used this company and the last. The turned what should have been a joyous and simple event, into anything but that!
I have ordered from other online florist services at least 100 times. This is the worst overall experience i have had.
