I ordered flowers for my son's girlfriend's birthday to be delivered on her birthday, April 7. I ordered them on line on April 6th at 10:30 AM. The first time I tracked the delivery at 3PM on April 7th, it said they were delivered. I spoke to my son at 6, he said nothing came. They were home all day. They even had her cell phone number. Then I got an email saying attempted delivery and no one was home. I immediately called and spoke to a customer service rep and was told that she would get the driver to go back. That never happened, she never got flowers on her birthday. When I called back at 8PM last night, no one was available I left a voice mail message and called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I would never use them and don't use them if you want your flowers delivered on a certain day.

No Flowers and stall

These people are liars there delivery confirmations are a lie. They seem to be totally unwilling to either fix it or refund the cost. Had to use the credit card company to stop payment. This is a company that is in the rip off business

I purchased flowers for same day delivery for my sister who recently gave birth. I wanted her to see some fresh, beautiful flowers & smell the freshness since she’s been stuck in the house for awhile. Her card was to read: Hey sissy, I just wanted to remind you that you are as beautiful as these flowers & you are an amazing mother! She didn’t get the flowers & then when I asked for a refund I was told I had to wait until 7 PM because some shops deliver that late. There are no flower shops open in her town past 5 pm. I was given an email & was told to let her know if they weren’t delivered & she would issue the refund. I sent two emails & never got an answer. I decided to get back on the live chat(always my first pick because I have proof of promises rather than my word). The first chat this morning was 8 minutes of me waiting for the representative to answer so I closed it. I opened a new one & was told to please wait so she could pull up the order. She said that yesterday they tried to deliver the flowers & also tried to call the recipient(my sister). She never got a call & they never tried to deliver. She also said that the girl I spoke with yesterday didn’t read the note because it was put in before I even got on the chat! How dumb are you! I have since been refunded & issued a $40 gift card in hopes that I will purchase from them again. I was told that was not the way they handle business & that I was one in a million. Ha. Obviously not reading these reviews!!!!

I am so very sorry that your sister never received her flower arrangement from you, especially for such an important reason, such as a new baby. I would be extremely upset and frustrated with us if I was in your shoes also.

We let you down from the first conversation, we deliver to businesses up until 5pm, homes until 7pm. I am happy that you were on it, and continued to make contact, even though you should never had to do that.

My husband ordered a "bouquet of roses" and I got a bouquet of carnations with 2, yes, 2! roses. We called to complain and were told they would do nothing because the picture (if you look very closely) only showed two roses. Deceptive at best. Who would pay over $50 for a bouquet of carnations you could get at the store for $6 a bunch?!?! My husband was upset. I was upset. No Bueno. We won't be using them again in the future. Buyer beware. If you do order from them, make sure you zoom in on the picture to make sure you're getting something that is consistent with the description/bouquet title!

I am so very sorry for any confusion on the arrangement that your husband ordered. I know its hard when you are ordering something online.

If you put your mouse of the picture of the arrangement it typically makes it larger so you can see what is in it. Also we have a button to the left of the arrangement its and I for info, it breaks down all the flowers that are in there.

I ordered a flower arrangement from 1stop Florists to be delivered to my sister who was in the hospital. When I placed the order, I thought she would be in the hospital for a few days. However, within a couple hours of ordering the flowers, I discovered she might be discharged the next day. I immediately called 1stop Florists and was told not to worry, that if the delivery person found her not at the hospital, I would immediately be called and could give them my sister's home address. The next day, I checked the website to track my order. It stated that the flowers had been delivered to my sister in person. But the next day, I called my sister to chat and she told me the hospital had called to tell her some flowers had been left there for her after she was discharged. When I called 1stop, I was told that I could drive to the hospital, get the flowers and drive them to my sister . . . ! When I told them that wasn't an option, I was told they couldn't deliver the flowers either. They eventually agreed to give me a refund, but only for the flowers. I was still charged for tax and delivery even though my sister never got the flowers. This stinks!

We should of never attempted at the hospital with that information. A COMPLETE AND UTTER JOKE

Do not use this company. They are most likely some kid in an apartment attempting to run some business. The company sent me the wrong flowers ... then told me that they would get them to me in 4 hours...and no one ever showed up. The sketchy delivery people were my first sign of trouble Then neither of them speaking any english at all was my second Then I was told me order was what they were handing me as they shoved the paper in my face only for me to show them that indeed they were wrong and not even close to the item i ordered To then be told they would still come, stopped me from just going to another place, they again showed class by not having anyone show up. Apparently we are just playing the numbers Deliver 50% of our promise and we still make money. Go to a professional place and get your flowers. Sad Sad Sad but i know tonight no one cares. So wont use them again and advise you to not either.

This is a second party, not an actual florist shop. My boyfriend is deployed and tried to send me flowers for Valentine’s Day.

I Never received. Never contacted. When I contacted them, they said “ticket was lost” but they charged him of course. Horrible!

Don’t use this company. If you can’t keep up with the demand on Valentine’s Day, close up shop. Don’t use an an excuse.

Unacceptable. Period.

Flowers for my Daughter

So I ordered the Lavender bouquet before 2 p.m. to be delivered to my daughter who had a miscarriage. Guarenteed delivery by 7 p.m. At 8 p.m. found out flowers not received. Online chat with Columbus One Stop Flower, florist making bouquet was closed. Next day I recieved confirmation flowers have been delivered. Asked my daughter. No delivery. Online chat again. Florist doesn't open til 9 a.m. Won't give me name of florist. Giving a $20 credit. Online chat at 10 a.m. driver said no one home. Didn't leave because too cold outside. Daughter has dogs that go nuts when someone knocks. Driver lied about trying delivery. Okay so I tell them to deliver by 12:30 p.m. today says they can do that 2:30 p.m. still no delivery. Now online chat to cancel order. This place is terrible. Don't see how they'll be able to stay in business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Did Not Deliver

The flowers I ordered were not delivered to my mother on Valentine's Day, despite paying extra for it. When checking the delivery status online the website said "delivered", which was incorrect. I called the next day to see what happened, and when they called me back they offered no explanation, were not apologetic and made little effort to remedy the issue. I'm not sure why this review has to be one hundred words but needless to say I don't plan on using 1stop florists again. It's on the biggest flower holidays of the year, you'd think they'd be on it, ESPECIALLY if you're going to charge extra.

Overcharged for *** Champagne

I ordered same day flowers and asked if I could add a bottle of champagne. They told me they add either Brut or Moet, but I could request the champagne I wanted.

Was told every effort would be made to get my choice or they would try to get the best available. I asked for Brut. Paid $50 extra only to get Trader Joe's cheap *** sparkling wine for less than ten bucks delivered. I am pretty sure they chose that because that was the cheapest.

The cookies they charged $15 for was another rip off. Do not order extras.

The flowers were okay. But they did deliver the same day as requested.

O no.. You should of never been delivered sparkling Cider when you ordered Champagne, even if your shop could not deliver the champagne you should of been called to be informed of this.

Paid extra to get the flowers delivered for the special day and at 5:00 pm, was notified that they could not deliver the arrangement as contracted and had rescheduled the delivery for the next day. The reason I selected this company was because they could deliver today. they were almost $20 more than other florists who could have delivered the next day - just as they are ending up doing. This was unacceptable service. Not only was I very disappointed but so was the person that was supposed to receive these flowers. Hopefully by writing this review others will never use 1Stop Flowers!

Pathetic, epic failure, missed the special day, got a emAil saying delivery was made which is a joke. Never got delivered. Event passed, no surprise, sweet and helpful and feckless customer sevice people. Stay well away.
