Flowers were ordered 3 days in advance and despite 4 follow up calls on the requested delivery date, they were never delivered. Recipient tries reaching the local florist who not only didn’t answer their phone, they had no Voice mail set up and used the excise of “no contact” for their reason for delay. They NEVER contacted me to assist despite my 4 calls, 1 online chat, and 3 emails to them to assist . HORRIBLE! And, after a snarky remark by a “supervisor” she refused to identify herself. RUN!!!

I ordered a bouquet for an anniversary gift. (See photo)

They delivered a MUCH cheaper/smaller little bouquet that does not even resemble the ordered bouquet.

(See photo) I contacted your helpline and they reached out to the florist to see if they can deliver the correct order. Not only is the bouquet incorrect (flower arrangement, vase, quality) but I paid extra for a fuller bouquet (18 roses). The delivered bouquet only had 12.

They contacted the florist and they agreed to deliver the correct bouquet today. They then delivered a larger version of the incorrect flower arrangement (btw they took the originally delivered bouquet with them).

While better than the original, granted, this is not the bouquet I ordered by any means. I am confused by why I am unable to receive what I ordered. I understand that flowers are organic so they may vary in size... however I would not spend $100 on this sad, cheap bouquet and basic vase.

I ordered this 4 days ago, so if there was an issue with stock, I would have rather been informed so I could’ve made other arrangements with another flower delivery service.

At this point, it is the day of our anniversary and I am stuck. THE WORST PART is that THEY DID THIS TO me on Valentine’s Day of this year and gave me a $50 gift card as compensation for the sad bouquet delivered... So I figured due to the holiday, I could see how things could be out of stock and issues could occur... However here we are again.

This is very clearly false advertising and a full bait and switch.

I do not want another gift card as I will not be purchasing flowers from them for delivery ever again, however take a look at these photos and understand my complete and total disappointment in the quality of their business.

I sent basically this exact same message to their help email with no response. Well, I will now make sure I share this scam with everyone I come in contact with.

Disgraceful service $90 spent 4 days notice for delivery, even went on live chat on delivery day to confirm all was good as Im in uk ordering for my young daughter who is studying in USA , was told all ok on schedule, to then be sent an email 3 hours later saying could not access to deliver no gate code, THERE IS NO GATE, obviously never turned up in the 1st place, said. they will deliver next day , no confidence to trust them , went on live chat Ashley was most unhelpful and sarcastic, Di not use be warned.

I needed my gift delivered by a certain time today October 24, 2019. UPS has changed my delivery date 5 times not sure when it’s going to get there. This is a sympathy gift and very important to be delivered today. I will never use this company again.

Do not order from this place, the flowers wont show, and they will email you, and try to say it was something you did. I have emails to prove it wasnt anything I did. They did refund my money, but I would of rather had the flowers.

I cannot tell you how dissatisfied I was with the service. Firstly, I never received a confirmation email, but that was the least of the issues. Next, I ordered one set of flowers (Splended Spring Bouquet- order # 19014-R1ST-5630) for my sister’s birthday and she received a completely different arrangement with different colors and flowers. Additionally, when I ordered, I was told the delivery would occur sometime between 10am and 7 pm. They did not arrive until 9:15 pm. Not only was she sent the wrong arrangement and it was delivered late, all this happened in spite of three different phone calls. In fact my last call was at 5:30 pm and the representative lied to me about the order already being delivered when in actuality it was delivered almost five hours later. On another call, the representative hung up on me. This is the worst service I had endured when ordering flowers. I have the delivery receipt and pictures to prove it. I will not be using their service again nor will I recommend it. I plan to write a review as well, to ensure others are also aware.

One star is too many ZERO stars all the way around! Horrible service called to confirm order three days before everything seemed great. Hours before funeral they called to cancel the order and tell us for double they could do it and have it there! They are taking the grieving and make things worse by their lies and deceit! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS. SAVE YOUR TIME AND ORDER ELSE WHERE!!

We ordered flowers to be sent to sick customer of ours. The day of requested delivery, 1Stop called and said the local florist wanted to charge double the price that 1Stop had advertised on their page, and therefore had to cancel our order. So disappointed! Wondering where they get their pricing from, it's like a bate and switch scam.

ordered flowers to be sent same day at 9am .. got confirmation they would be delivered by 5.. they weren't. I called customer service and they said "Sorry we dropped the ball " . no reason why this happened... then they said we called to say we missed delivery but messages were full . NOT .. then they said oh, maybe we emailed NOT checked inbox, spam, etc. It was for an important 13th birthday party. they did send them next day and for the $55 pretty pathetic. BIG MISTAKE

I had placed an order on April 16th 2019, to be delivered to my Grandaughter on her birthday April 18th 2019 by 2:00pm, I just happened to check on line for the status of the order which did not have a tracking number at 12:30pm on the 18th (delivery day) so I did a live chat, I was told they were checking the status, while I am waiting for them to check I get a phone call telling me they were unable to fill my order (no explanation as to why), to say the least I was VERY UPSET and let the representative know, I told him to just cancel my order and refund my money and of course he says ok, I then went on my credit card account and disputed the charge so they will have to give me a refund sooner than they expected. I was able to find a local florist at 1:15pm that is going to make my bouquet and have it delivered by 2:30 the same day April 18th 2019. these people need to be put out of business they are crooks to say it nicely=)

Pitiful bouquet delivered late

Flowers were supposed to be delivered to my wife's office by 5pm, for her birthday. They were not. Called customer service- provided no help or info. Promised to call back- Did not. Delivery arrived at 7pm, 1 1/2 hrs after she finished work. I called the company at 7pm, 15 minutes before i found out they were delivered- again, they had no info and offered to hsve someone call me the next day. I never received the promised email confirmation of delivery. The bouquet was pitiful. It was about 1/2 the size of the " good" version pictured. I paid $20 MORE for the "best" version- $65.

It came in the cheapest red glass vase. When I initially tried ordering , there was a glaring difference between % discount offered and the significantly lower discount given. Had to expend considerably more time getting final bill straightened out. The value of the transaction was more than $90. I could have obtained a better bouquet at my local grocery store for $20.

After all the time, aggravation, disappointment, they finally refunded my money. This was the 1st time I used this company and the last. The turned what should have been a joyous and simple event, into anything but that!

I have ordered from other online florist services at least 100 times. This is the worst overall experience i have had.
